CIY Believe

CIY Believe is a Jr. High conference taking place at the Bank of Kentucky Center located on the campus of Northern Kentucky University.

Believe is the part of Christ In Youth that specializes in Jr. High programming. CIY provides high-energy, God-centered events just for Jr. High students. CIY is intentional about reaching Jr. High students for Christ on their level. Christ in Youth can be found on the web at www.ciy.com/believe

Believe lines up with our mission for student ministry in the following ways:

1.Revealing who God is through worship, teaching and fun creative experiences.
2.Connecting your student to Jesus and our family.
3.Equip students, with an idea of how they can Advance the Kingdom of God.

Conference Dates: Feb 12-14
Conference Location: Bank of Kentucky Center on the Campus of Northern Kentucky
Hotel Location: Garfield Suites, downtown Cincinnati, OH
Conference Cost: $150 (includes food, registration, travel, housing)
Deposit: $75 due by Dec. 20  $20 late fee after Dec. 21
Parent Meetings: TBA

Engage: We believe that if we are goingto awaken a generation to the glory of God then we need to begin developing a mindset that serving in the church matters deeply to theKingdom. We offer opportunities for middle school students to volunteer during Sunday morning services.

LIFT: Is a large group gathering for Jr High students and meets on Wednesday nights from 6:00 to 7:30. LIFT involves worship, games, and, connections to friends to become energy in motion for God. LIFT is a great place to bring friends for the first time.

LIFT Groups: LIFT-groups also meet on Wednesday nights. These groups will follow our large group gathering.  Groups are designed to connect students to Jesus and His family. Students are connected to small group leaders who engage them in discussion groups and also connect with students outside of church to play, pray, and serve together.
